How long will it take for applying IRT WATCH PROTECTOR and what range it can cover?

Depending on different watches, but basically, we divide it into two series.

WATCH SURFACE/ WATCH BACK/ DATE MAGNIFIER/ CERAMIC RING/ AROUND WATCH TOP, BOTTOM AND SIDES/ WATCH BUCKLE AND SIDES/ WATCH STEEL CHAIN AND SIDES.
Final range of the protector might slightly differ depends on different watch models and it will take about 90~120 minutes to finish whole protection.

2.【《S》PERFECT PROTECTION SERIES】
INCLUDING:
WATCH SURFACE/ WATCH BACK/ DATE MAGNIFIER/ CERAMIC RING/ AROUND WATCH TOP, BOTTOM AND SIDES/ WATCH BUCKLE AND SIDES.
Final range of the protector might slightly differ depends on different watch models and it will take about 30~60 minutes to finish whole protection.

Where is the sizes data of IRT WATCH PROTECTOR come from?

IRT WATCH PROTECTOR is focusing on precise data and as more covering as possible; therefore, we require 1:1 measuring strictly for real watches!
Our master will measure and test repeatedly sizes and angles for each watch till achieving perfect protection. It takes 8-10 hours for "PRO SERIES," 4-5 hours for "S SERIES" for measuring a watch.

Does IRT WATCH PROTECTOR can cover ceramic ring, watch surface, and date magnifier?

Yes, IRT will make all-out effort to provide protection.

Is there any part of watch that we can choose not to use the IRT protector?

Sure, there‘re two parts you can choose which is depending on how you use the watch.
※CERIMIC RING：Since the numbers on ceramic ring are uneven, and IRT is mainly preventing the dust from stuck in the numbers, so you can choose not to apply the protector on it if worry the edge will lift up easily.
※INNER BUCKLE：It‘s not easy to buckle up if we apply IRT on it. Usually this part is for the "collection" watch, so you can neglect this part for "wearing" watch.

Can IRT only apply for specific part (small range)?

Because of the stock management, we didn‘t offer this service, so please choose from PRO or S series.

Will IRT affect the watch texture?

NO, IRT adopts Top self-adhesive TPU(PANGOLIN) with high translucency. Watches will remain their metal, ceramic or glossy texture.

Can watch use IRT WATCH PROTECTOR after polished?

Sure! Even better!

How to maintain the IRT WATCH PROTCTOR or anything need attention?

Please note it‘s normal if having little bubbles on it when just finished and it will disappear after 2-3 days. Nothing need to pay attention, just wear watch as usual.
Top self-adhesive TPU(PANGOLIN) can sustain high temperature to 80-100 Celsius degree and can self-healing when suffering slight scratch.
IRT is washable, clean by water and dishwashing liquid, and soft brush is also no problem.
Please don‘t use touch and sharp object to hit protector deliberately to avoid protector lift up or damaged.

Will it have residue after tearing off?

Adopting special mix glue, basically, it shouldn‘t have residue after tearing off. However, personal use and environment will also lead to different circumstances. Simple alcohol cleaning is fine if having slightly residue.

Free warranty ONCE for non-human damaged within 7 days.
Discretionary charge for non-human damaged NT$100/time (divide different section) within 1 year.

※Warranty part is for the damaged part, not for whole watch. For whole watch, official sales agency will charge accordingly.

Can we buy IRT at A official sales agency, but do warranty service at B official sales agency?

Sure, only if they are official sales agency, just remember to bring the IRT Warranty card!
